Its orange day



Orange: Food


Breakfast: Pumpkin pancakes, orange marmalade, apricot halves, orange&apricot yoghurt.
Lunch: Soup using all orange vegetables ( pumpkin, carrot and sweet potato)
Snack: Apricot Nectar and Dried Apricots
Dinner: Rockmelon, carrot salad with pumpkin seed oil dressing, sweet potato fritters.
Dessert: Vanilla Icecream with fresh orange bits frozen in an orange shell, apricot liquor.
